When I was pregnant for the first time I wanted to be prepared for the arrival of our new baby. A friend of mine sent me her “baby shopping list” and it was one of the simplest yet important gifts in my journey through pregnancy and as a mom.

Over time, I started adding my own favorite things to this list: I asked my friends from around the world what their favorite brands were, I scoured baby boutiques every time I traveled and kept track of the beautiful and creative things for my children and my friends’ children. This site is a simple effort to share simple product recommendations with all the parents, grandparents, and friends who also want to know—what does a new baby (and recently added—young kids) need and love?

We call this the Baby Digest and our goal is to highlight the best products, brands, boutiques, and creators for babies and their parents. We strive to always care about craftsmanship, design, organic and chemical-free materials, diversity and representation and elevating unique creators in this space.

And most importantly, we keep things simple and curated! We are as tired as you of endless scrolling through paid influencer content to discover beautiful and high quality products.
