Expecting Better. There are so many “rules” when it comes to pregnancy and Emily Oster provides a refreshing perspective full of thourough research on which ones really matter and which ones you can relax about. A must read!

Awakening Fertility and Nine Golden Months. There is something about these books that brings back the beauty and magic of the pregnancy journey. Nutrition, and meditation are highlighted in a gorgeous and spiritual compendium. Also don’t miss their guide to postpartum recovery and nutrition with the best-selling book First 40 Days. This book is rooted in the Chinese tradition of “zuo yuezi” or sitting the month to recover postpartum.
